Exchange Policy
Winterize Manufacturing, Inc offers an exchange policy not a return policy. Our Winterize RV Blow Out Plugs go through multiple manual inspections. If you were to receive a defective plug contact Winterize Manufacturing through the CONTACT US option of this website for an exchange invoice number. Upon your receipt of this invoice number, please return your existing plug within 30 days of purchase to Winterize Manufacturing, Inc. and a new plug will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your purchase order at anytime prior to the item being shipped. All items are shipped within 24 hours of your payment being verified. If you wish to cancel your order please make your request through the CONTACT US option on this website as soon as possible.
